This MT experiment (within the INKABA ye Africa project) consists of two independent profiles in South Africa. Profile MT2 extends from Prince Albert to Mosselbay and thus crosses the Cape Fold Belt with its two basins. Average site spacing was 2 km. Profile MT4 crosses the beatie magnetic anomaly 350km further to the east of profile MT1 close to Jansenville and coincident with the eastern profile of the onshore/offshore seismic experiment.
